I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! I struggled with TMJ for ~8 years. I was in a lot of pain & had very deceased jaw mobility. Dr. McAdams performed an arthrocentesis in 10/2024 & after a short recovery & some physical therapy, I have been pain free & my mobility had greatly increased. This has been a complete lifestyle change for me. I am so thankful I found this practice & cannot recommend Dr McAdams highly enough. I would also like to thank Phallyn from this practice as well. She helped me navigate insurance changes & billing issues with so much patience & I am so thankful for her!

Dr. Gocke and his staff are amazing!!Everyone from the doctors to the dental assistants, front desk, and treatment coordinators are very professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable, with their patients’ care as top priority.My husband and I came in for hair loss problems and Dr. Gocke patiently listened to us and recommended the proper PRF treatment for our issues. He carefully clarified any questions and concerns that we had in a manner that reassured us we were in good hands!Dr. Gocke and his staff also took great care of my daughter during all phases of her wisdom teeth procedure a couple years ago! Dr. Gocke is the best! I highly recommend him and his excellent practice for your hair loss concerns and oral surgery needs!!

TEN STARS!!!! Seriously - this is, by far, the most professional, capable, compassionate doctor and staff we have ever encountered. They are extremely patient, clearly intelligent - and really take their time with you. Our first experience was ONE WEEK before our oldest went away to college and had to have his wisdom teeth pulled in sort of an emergent situation. They were FANTASTIC. They got him in - the after care instructions were clear, and the tools (ice/medicine/wrap etc) - were high quality and extremely to use. They are so nice, I kept them! Our sons recovery was so easy (and they were impacted, too!) - that he was able to move to college one week later!Our second experience with Dr. Gocke and his incredible staff was our second son - who needed his wisdom teeth removed in a non-emergent situation. It went just as smoothly. Also, Dr. Gocke uses some long lasting local anesthetic that helps patients not need as much pain management after procedures, which is super.Our THIRD experience with Dr. Gocke was with me! =) . I had a previous root canal (another office) on a molar, that ended up going south. I consulted Dr. Gocke about this - and went through an implant procedure with him - which included bone grafting, sadly b/c my jaw bone is atrophying (good times). In any event - it went VERY well - and Im a dentaphobe too - so my enthusiasm for this practice and my trust and endorsement of them should be considered EXTRA special.Seriously - I have referred Dr. Gocke and his entire staff many, many times - and everyone who has used them feels the same way I do. They are simply fantastic. Oh! And *BONUS* - Dr. Gocke does Botox, too! LOL - well, maybe its not for everyone - but he does a GREAT JOB with it - and bonus points for if you are already under for a procedure and don't have to be awake for it!Staff I can name by name!!! Michella (his Chief of Staff- classy. Elegant. Professional and in-point! Doesn’t miss a beat! Mari and Ingrid - super professional. Compassionate. Out patients at ease. They are extremely likable and keep things running very smoothly. And of course Dr, Go me himself! He has such a calm demeanor. He is solid. Confident but not in an obnoxious way - just in a way you would want and need your surgeon to be. The office is impeccable from the door to the exit and all facilities top notch. It is, hands down, my favorite doctors office to visit (and refer!). I hope you agree!

Dr. Vigliante's easy going bedside manner exhibits his confidence, skill and talent when explaining oral procedures and impact to the patient. His surgical team is lockstep with him throughout the oral procedure. Their laser focus preparedness prior to the procedure also demonstrates both competence and compassion. My oral procedure was part 2 of a sinus lift/bone graft for the left side of my mouth; right side was completed one month prior. Since I already experienced part one of the sinus lift/bone graft a month ago, part two was the same process. Even though you hope everything will go as planned, anything can surface. I was extremely at ease and put my total trust in their continued care. You have numerous options when selecting oral surgical care. So if you are reading this post, just know I only provide constructive feedback. In this case, I wanted to share my positive experience so you make your call now. Look no further....you found your oral surgeon and surgical team. You will be completely satisfied with your choice.

Had a tooth extraction. The team was really great, professional and made everything easy. Dr Thomas did the work. I had virtually no pain or swelling afterwards. No need for heavy pain meds. Highly recommend you consider them for serious dental surgery.

We recently had two procedures with Dr. Vigliante. My son had all four of his wisdom teeth removed and I had an extraction and dental implant. We received superb service for both. The office is run in an efficient and patient first environment.
