I’ve had a great experience since the start of the process for my double jaw surgery. From the first consultation to post-op appointments, communication has been great and the service top notch. Thankfully, I haven’t experienced much pain and I haven’t had complications during the recovery. I’m excited for my life now with my new bite and enhanced profile. Double jaw surgery doesn’t just change your face for functionality, the aesthetics are also a plus. I can’t recommend Dr. Gocke enough. I would do it all over again.

They fit my boyfriend in quickly for an urgent extraction and he can’t stop talking about how great of an experience he had from start to finish and post op. You won’t find a better Oral Surgeon!

This could not have been a better experience. I've never needed surgery like this before, so I didn't know what to expect -- but this went so well I was genuinely impressed. The calm professionalism and the warm and caring attitude of Dr. Gocke and his entire staff immediately put me at ease. I feel lucky to have benefitted from so much comprehensive knowledge, expertise, and talent, because they did a stellar job. Their follow-up was kind and unexpected, even though everything went so smoothly I needed very little in the way of recovery time, and because they handled everything in my procedure so efficiently and promptly, I had almost no pain to speak of after the surgery.

He's not a brain surgeon, but if I needed brain surgery, I would want Dr. Gocke to take it on. Seriously.

Oh, and the pricing is EXCELLENT -- which wasn't something I expected, but made getting oral surgery a lot more positive, honestly. Just a shockingly brilliant experience all around.

Dr. Gocke's office in McLean is the MOST professional medical office I have ever encountered. From the person making the appointment to the person who did my consultation (Hannah, I believe) to the assistant in the surgery, Lily, to the surgeon, Dr. Gocke, himself!! I am someone who likes to picture every piece of a procedure and know what I'm getting into before committing to it. Everything was explained step by step and all my questions answered. During the procedure, the doctor and his assistant talked me through what was about to happen and what was happening. I felt very much in great hands and am recovering nicely. The office called to check up on me a few hours after the procedure to see if I had any questions. I HIGHLY recommend this office for everyone.

Overall, the experience was professional, and the staff provided clear information about the procedure. The office environment was clean and organized, and the team seemed knowledgeable in their work.
One area that could be improved is the wait time. My appointment started later than expected, and a more efficient schedule would have made the visit smoother.
Otherwise, the care itself was handled well.

Receiving an implant is not pleasant, but Dr. Gocke and his team made the experience as simple and painless as possible. I chose local anesthetic for the procedure and did not feel any pain. The entire team was so calm and caring throughout the entire process. Highly recommend VASA!

My son (7 years old) had to have a tooth extracted. The staff, nurses and doctor were so wonderful throughout the whole process. On the day of the procedure, we were out the door an hour later and less than 2 hours later he was back to his normal self and never complained of pain. Highly recommend the team here!

Just had my Botox done with Dr. Gocke for my TMJ, and once again it was such a pleasant experience! This was my second treatment with him, and he was just as attentive and thoughtful as the first time—he really listens to all of your concerns. Briana, the surgical assistant, was incredibly sweet and even held my hand the whole time since I’m a bit scared of needles.
The Reston location also has a very luxurious atmosphere, which makes the whole visit feel extra comfortable and calming. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and I’d recommend this place over any med-spa without hesitation!

I love this practice and team. My experience from beginning to end has been phenomenal thus far. I am a bit more of a complicated case r/t a medical diagnosis I have and Dr McAdams and his team made me feel at ease. He even took time to print out some research so I could read it bc he knew of my medical background and understanding of the risks although small were still there. I’m so upset I forgot her name as I was mildly sedated, but his surgical assistant was who stood out the most during my procedure. She was so incredibly personable, kind, experienced and knowledgeable. Together the dream team! I will obviously be going back as I have a few more procedures and I know I am in good hands! I highly recommend the practice and my personal team! I can’t say enough about my experience as it was so much better than previous ones I’ve had from past providers. Thank you for your extraordinary work!

I was sent by my endodontist for tooth extraction. Dr. McAdams and his staff made me feel at ease and I have say my tooth extraction and implant surgery was painless and efficient. Dr. McAdams reached out to me the following my oral surgery and the next day as well to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. I am grateful for his concern and instruction. My recent follow up appointment was great. Dr. McAdams and the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Phenomenal experience with oral surgery here under anesthesia. As a former OR nurse who also certified over 30 offices that provide anesthesia in NYC, I can tell you this office passes every standard from start to finish. Safety is paramount with this group. I'm beyond impressed!!

Honestly, the entire progress from making this EMERGENCY appointment 2 days before Xmas, to checking in, to the actual procedure with Dr. Lee and his very able assistant "Far" was as good as it possibly could be. I thank each and everyone of you who assisted me.

They have a wonderful crew of people who really take care of you during surgery! I’m an extremely nervous person and they did a wonderful job handling such nerves. The doctor, Viligante, was very informative, kind, and helpful! I really appreciate their kindness and I’m glad I chose them for my wisdom teeth surgery!

Went in to have two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Lee and it was a great experience. He sat down with me before the procedure and helped calm my anxieties, I opted to go for general anesthesia and before I knew it, it was over and I was in the recovery room. No pain at all and the healing process has been going really well.
