TEN STARS!!!! Seriously - this is, by far, the most professional, capable, compassionate doctor and staff we have ever encountered. They are extremely patient, clearly intelligent - and really take their time with you. Our first experience was ONE WEEK before our oldest went away to college and had to have his wisdom teeth pulled in sort of an emergent situation. They were FANTASTIC. They got him in - the after care instructions were clear, and the tools (ice/medicine/wrap etc) - were high quality and extremely to use. They are so nice, I kept them! Our sons recovery was so easy (and they were impacted, too!) - that he was able to move to college one week later!

Our second experience with Dr. Gocke and his incredible staff was our second son - who needed his wisdom teeth removed in a non-emergent situation. It went just as smoothly. Also, Dr. Gocke uses some long lasting local anesthetic that helps patients not need as much pain management after procedures, which is super.

Our THIRD experience with Dr. Gocke was with me! =) . I had a previous root canal (another office) on a molar, that ended up going south. I consulted Dr. Gocke about this - and went through an implant procedure with him - which included bone grafting, sadly b/c my jaw bone is atrophying (good times). In any event - it went VERY well - and Im a dentaphobe too - so my enthusiasm for this practice and my trust and endorsement of them should be considered EXTRA special.
Seriously - I have referred Dr. Gocke and his entire staff many, many times - and everyone who has used them feels the same way I do. They are simply fantastic. Oh! And *BONUS* - Dr. Gocke does Botox, too! LOL - well, maybe its not for everyone - but he does a GREAT JOB with it - and bonus points for if you are already under for a procedure and don't have to be awake for it!

Staff I can name by name!!! Michella (his Chief of Staff- classy. Elegant. Professional and in-point! Doesn’t miss a beat! Mari and Ingrid - super professional. Compassionate. Out patients at ease. They are extremely likable and keep things running very smoothly. And of course Dr, Go me himself! He has such a calm demeanor. He is solid. Confident but not in an obnoxious way - just in a way you would want and need your surgeon to be. The office is impeccable from the door to the exit and all facilities top notch. It is, hands down, my favorite doctors office to visit (and refer!). I hope you agree!

Had a very good experience from the moment I entered the office. Everyone was very professional and calmed my fear of dentists. My extraction was over before I knew it and they were good with follow up. I would recommend this surgeon to all.

I’ve had a great experience since the start of the process for my double jaw surgery. From the first consultation to post-op appointments, communication has been great and the service top notch. Thankfully, I haven’t experienced much pain and I haven’t had complications during the recovery. I’m excited for my life now with my new bite and enhanced profile. Double jaw surgery doesn’t just change your face for functionality, the aesthetics are also a plus. I can’t recommend Dr. Gocke enough. I would do it all over again.

Absolutely top notch! The entire staff from front desk to assistants were phenomenal and Dr. Gocke is just the best of the best. They fit my boyfriend in quickly for an urgent extraction and he can’t stop talking about how great of an experience he had from start to finish and post op. You won’t find a better Oral Surgeon!

This could not have been a better experience. I've never needed surgery like this before, so I didn't know what to expect -- but this went so well I was genuinely impressed. The calm professionalism and the warm and caring attitude of Dr. Gocke and his entire staff immediately put me at ease. I feel lucky to have benefitted from so much comprehensive knowledge, expertise, and talent, because they did a stellar job. Their follow-up was kind and unexpected, even though everything went so smoothly I needed very little in the way of recovery time, and because they handled everything in my procedure so efficiently and promptly, I had almost no pain to speak of after the surgery.

He's not a brain surgeon, but if I needed brain surgery, I would want Dr. Gocke to take it on. Seriously.

Oh, and the pricing is EXCELLENT -- which wasn't something I expected, but made getting oral surgery a lot more positive, honestly. Just a shockingly brilliant experience all around.

This has been the best experience. I was absolutely terrified of this procedure. Not only did I have to have all of my teeth removed, but I also needed full All-on-X dental implants. I was scared of the surgery, the IV sedation, the pain afterward — pretty much everything.

This entire team is truly the best. From the very beginning, they treated me like a human being, not just another patient. They listened to every concern, made sure I was extremely comfortable, and during my nine-hour surgery I felt no pain at all. It was genuinely a great experience from start to finish.

Every single person is caring, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can feel how much they truly want to help people.

They even sent me home with a HUGE gift basket — cups, food, a blanket, and even a Waterpik. Such an incredibly thoughtful gesture. Then, a week after my surgery, I received a handmade thank-you card signed by everyone in the office. I actually teared up. That level of personal care showed me they weren’t just going through the motions — they truly cared about me.

Dr. Gocke is absolutely the best. I cannot recommend him enough. He is wonderful. The entire staff — from the front desk, to the coordinators, to Dr. Gocke’s surgical team — is exceptional. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience.

I loved my experience so much that I’m now taking my son, who needs dental work, to Dr. Gocke as well. He came highly recommended by Tiny Tooth, my son’s dentist, and after my experience, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my child’s teeth.

Awesome experience! Got implants and the surgery went very well and the level of care is top notch

I've gotten TMJ botox from Dr. McAdams for the past year and half and can't recommend him enough. It lasts for at least 6 months (when I've been to other providers, it's lasted at most 4 months). His bedside manner is very relaxing even when he's sticking needles in my face. The rest of the staff are super friendly and accommodating!

Dr McAdams was WONDERFUL!!!!! i was sent to his office yesterday from Go Smiles in Herndon to have a very bad infected/swollen tooth removed and he was very thorough when explaining the process, answered any/all my questions. He is super kind and has a wonderful bedside manner, checks on your comfort & well-being throughout the procedure. I will for sure reccomend him to anyone! His team was super sweet and great too! Everything went pretty smooth! I feel about 90% "me" again and it has not even been 24 hours yet! THANK YOU, Dr. McAdams & TEAM FOR AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!

Overall, the experience was professional, and the staff provided clear information about the procedure. The office environment was clean and organized, and the team seemed knowledgeable in their work.
One area that could be improved is the wait time. My appointment started later than expected, and a more efficient schedule would have made the visit smoother.
Otherwise, the care itself was handled well.

Receiving an implant is not pleasant, but Dr. Gocke and his team made the experience as simple and painless as possible. I chose local anesthetic for the procedure and did not feel any pain. The entire team was so calm and caring throughout the entire process. Highly recommend VASA!

Outstanding office staff and doctors. I used them to extract a wisdom tooth (as an adult). Front office is very professional and caring. Doctor Lee was outstanding - provided great overview as to what the process was and let me know during the extraction where is was in the process. Very minimal-to-no pain afterwards or the days following.

Absolutely would recommend Advanced Surgical Arts Center to anyone needing dental surgery or specialized dental care. I had a tooth extracted, everyone from calling to make the appointment through the day after phone call from them to check on me were absolutely wonderful and caring.
