My experience at was one that needs to be shared. I felt welcomed and valued from the second I walked in the door to the moment I left. Every person I interacted with- from the front desk staff, to the surgical assistants, and even the doctor himself- was kind, informative, and helpful. I had my wisdom teeth removed on Friday and was back to work with only a mild and easily manageable headache on Monday. They gave clear instructions on how to prevent infection and dry socket, and even called to check up on me the day of and week after my procedure! I strongly recommend this office to anyone who is searching for the services they offer. Bonus: the OR I was seated in had a beautiful view and the whole office is very aesthetically pleasing!

It was such a great experience not only for me but for my wife who had to undergo wisdom teeth extraction knowing Dr. Gocke and his professional team. He is a great surgeon and beyond that a great and caring human being. His team and in particular Henna was awesome. Henna provided an excellent briefing before and after the procedure in an eloquent manner.

I still can’t believe how incredibly smooth the post-surgery process was!! I was absolutely expecting to experience way more discomfort than I did! I was able to put my Invisalign in the next morning with no problem after Dr. Vigilante and his team extracted 4 of my back teeth. The surgery itself was painless and fast. I didn’t feel a thing and I barely had to take Motrin after. I’m incredibly pleased and actually surprised at how the process was so easy! Thank you Dr. V and Staff for making something not so fun a lot easier to get through!!! You’re so greatly appreciated!

The entire staff that I dealt with was wonderful. Dr. Vigilante is professional, thorough and friendly which is what we all want in a doctor. He and his staff were good at explaining the surgery process and the recovery answering all my questions. I have a long way to go with my mouth and it’s issues but I am confident in this practice. If you are looking for an oral surgeon, I would recommend Dr. Vigilante and this practice. They are a very efficient professional group.

My daughter had an “exposure and bonding” procedure today as recommended by her orthodontist. We felt comfortable at Dr. Gocke’s office knowing that he came highly recommended. Dr V and his Team have been amazing to me since my first appointment. I’ve had an extraction first for a problematic rear molar and I had the SARPE surgery done by him as well. My rear molar got dry socket, another root canal had an issue in preparation of my surgery, and more complications that had nothing to do with their office and all to do with my bite and Unfortune and my difficult travel schedule. The office and Dr was very responsive, caring and accommodating to get me in before I left town each time. For my surgery, he’s very experienced and they were very thorough.Dr V came to the hospital when my jaw was in so much pain we had to make decisions on Being hospitalized, his bedside manner was off the hook good, and in between my mouth had complications and they always helped and never made me feel like I was a bothersome patient through my complicated needs. I highly recommend !!!

Fantastic experience with Dr. Vigilante. Complicated extraction, luxation, etc. From 1st consult, to surgery to follow-up. I have been very impressed by his approach, communication and especially the results. Cost and wait time for surgery were higher than others we met with, but I feel strongly we made the right decision.
